SpaceCloud will assist with the booking and approval process.

You'll receive an email notification when a booking request comes in. After reviewing the details, you can choose to approve or decline the booking.

Host payouts are processed securely and on schedule.

The SpaceCloud team will confirm the guest's use of the space within seven days of the event. Once confirmed, SpaceCloud will issue an invoice to the host and process the payout, which may take between 7 and 15 days.

Q. Is listing my space free?

Listing on SpaceCloud is always free.

Q. When does the service fee apply?

SpaceCloud's service fee is charged when the settlement for a completed booking is processed. For example, if a £100 booking is made, 10% (Excluding VAT) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

Q. How long does it take to receive the payout?

The SpaceCloud Team will confirm the guest's use of the space within 7 days of the event date. Once confirmed, the SpaceCloud team will issue an invoice to the host and process the payout. We expect this process to take at least 7 to 15 days from the completion of space usage.

Q. What purposes should I list my space for?

Simply click the "List your space" button and follow SpaceCloud's listing process. You'll be guided through different space categories and their key features. We've also provided space review guidelines for your reference, so please take a look. If you're unsure at any point, our 1:1 online concierge team is here to assist you.

Q. What should I do if a guest is a no-show?

On SpaceCloud, if a guest cancels or doesn't show up, the refund will be processed according to the refund policy set by the host. Please set a clear refund policy for cases where a guest fails to show up on the booking date without prior notice.

Q. What should I do if a guest damages the space?

We recommend getting insurance coverage. Both the host and guest should thoroughly document the condition of the space at the start and end of the booking, ensuring appropriate evidence in case of any disputes. For valuable items or delicate furniture, it's recommended to either have the guest acknowledge them in writing or provide usage instructions after confirming with the manager.

Q. How will you help promote my space? Does promotion cost anything?

We focus on digital marketing to reach the communities where your space is most likely to attract the right users. All promotion costs are fully covered by us. You only pay a commission once a booking is made and successfully completed. So, rest assured and leave the promotion to us!
